CROCUSES
Your source for quality discount crocus bulbs.
Crocuses are one sure sign that warmer weather is just around the corner.
They bloom before daffodils and often when snow is still on the ground. In addition to the
spring-flowering varieties, some bloom in the autumn or late winter.
Crocuses look great when planted in masses
and come in familiar colors of yellow, purple and white. Some varieties also come in
beautiful stripes. The blossom opens in the daylight and close at dark.
Crocuses can be planted in the fall or spring. They can be planted in
flowerbeds, rock gardens, under shrubs and trees or used a borders.
Because crocuses are only about 3-5 inches tall and
bloom very early in spring, try planting them in your lawn for an unexpected show
of color. Then when
it's lawn mowing time, you simply mow right over the spent crocus flowers
and the bulbs remain in the lawn for next year.
Here are my selections for purchasing crocus bulbs. Check them
